How the Process Works

1º - Free 25-Minute Consultation:

We begin with an initial consultation to talk about what you’re looking for in therapy, your goals, and any questions you might have. I’ll also explain the approaches I use so you know what to expect.

2º - Building Trust and Connection:

In our first few sessions, I focus on creating a calm, non-judgemental space where we can build trust and understanding. Therapy works best when it feels safe and collaborative.

3º - Personalised Therapy:

Each session is tailored to your needs and pace. Together, we explore your experiences and identify practical ways to help you make sense of what’s happening in your life.

4º - Ongoing Support:

We meet weekly for 50-minute sessions, at an agreed time. Consistency allows the therapeutic process to deepen and become more effective.

About Me

I’m a therapist with over five years of experience and more than 760 hours of client work, helping people navigate challenges such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, substance misuse, and feelings of being lost or stuck.

I work thoughtfully and collaboratively, offering a calm and open space to explore your experiences and emotions. My approach is methodical and grounded — I retain and recall important details from our sessions to help you connect patterns and gain deeper insight over time.

I believe that while labels can help us understand ourselves, they can also overlook the nuance of your personal experience. Therapy, for me, is about exploring that nuance — deepening self-understanding and helping you make sense of your story.

My goal is to provide a safe, curious, and compassionate environment where you can explore who you are and what matters to you. Together, we’ll work towards clarity, acceptance, and a greater sense of direction.
